You only need your consignment ID. This unique identifier is provided at intake and appears on your custody receipt, confirmation email, or secure release notice.
Our system updates whenever a custody event is recorded, including intake, secure holding, transfer, review, release preparation, and completed handover.
If your record is not appearing, first confirm the consignment ID exactly as issued. New intake records may take a short time to activate after security review. If the issue continues, contact support for verification.
